What causes game or event data loss?
On rare occasions, part or all of your game or event progress may be lost (such as EXP or level regression, or Daily Login Reward reset) due to the following reasons:

System error occurs such as display issues.

System data delay.

The server shuts down or undergoes maintenance during gameplay.

When the game undergoes a reset because of server issues or re-installing the app, a different account may be signed in or created (guest account).

The player signs in with another account.

Unstable or poor network connection.
What can I do?
Try the actions below to resolve the problem:

Reboot your device.

Re-connect or switch to another network.

Re-install the app (Make sure you have linked your account with a social platform before re-installing the app).
