Game Account Data Loss
When experiencing game data or progress loss, including level, EXP, in-game items, and currency such as coins, GEMs, potions, and Mega Ball tickets, there are several possible causes.
- Unstable network connection.
- The server is down during your gameplay.
- The app freezes or is forced to quit during your gameplay.
- The app remains idle in the background for an extended period.
- Sign in with another account of yours.
Account Verification
Please verify that you are using the account you regularly use. If you have downloaded the game on a new device, ensure that you have linked your account from the previous device and sign in using the linked account on the new device.
- Open the burger menu from the right corner of the main lobby.
- Select “Option”.
- Click “Logout” to proceed.
- Click the “Start” button on the Initial page, then select “Play as guest”.
If you signed into a linked account as your frequent-use account (User ID starts with fb@/ google@/ apple@), please follow the instructions to re-sign in:
- Open the burger menu from the right corner of the main lobby.
- Select “Option”.
- Select your social linked method (Facebook/ Google/ Apple) to re-sign in. ※You must already be signed into your social account successfully.
If you are still unable to recover your account data or game progress with the suggestions above, please contact Customer Support. Kindly prepare the User ID and user name in your original account so that we can assist you more efficiently.
