To request a refund for an in-app purchase, follow these steps:

Tap on "Payments & Subscriptions".

Select the item you purchased and want to request a refund for.

Select “Report a Problem” and choose the appropriate reason from the list provided.

Wait for confirmation from the Google Play Store.
It's important to note that Google Play Store's refund policy states that you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for most apps and games.

Look for the purchased item you want to request a refund.
